These hangouts is an intimate group and so we do curate the kind of people we bring in. We aim to create a judgement free zone where people feel safe and can open up, this means bringing in people who can respect one another and maintain creating a safe space.
We have topics for each week that orbit around communication skills, building internal confidence, resolving conflicts with loved ones, emotional regulation and how to connect deeper or heal relationships that are important to you.
We want to promote in-person community, so the hangouts are all in-person. Though we may open up options for people to join virtually. The courses, workshops and coaching however will be available both online and offline.
